Pricing Model
AfroPays applies a transaction fee to supported payment flows.
Merchants can configure the fee direction so the fee is charged fully to the merchant, fully to the customer, or split by percentage between both sides.
Configure Fee Direction

Log In to the Dashboard
Sign in from https://merchant.prod.afropays.co/auth/login.

Open the Fee Direction Page
From the dashboard, go to the Fee Direction page where transaction fee behavior is configured.

Configure Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
Add fee direction settings for both deposit and withdrawal based on how you want fees to be handled.
A 100% merchant setting means the merchant pays the fee. A 100% customer setting means the customer incurs the full fee. You can also adjust the percentages to split the fee between both sides.

Save the Configuration
Click Save to apply the fee direction settings. The configured distribution will then be used for the relevant transaction flows.
Fee Direction Examples
